What the graph shows
The Calls & Minutes Goal Progress graph compares actual performance against daily targets. Calls measure activity. Minutes measure engagement. Together, they give a better picture of the workday than either number alone.
A rep can make plenty of dials without creating enough real conversation time. A rep can also spend a long time on a few calls while falling short on total outreach. This graph keeps both sides visible at the same time.
Why it matters
Strong call productivity is a balance between quantity and quality. A high call count with very little talk time may point to poor connection quality. Strong talk time with very few calls may mean the day is getting too heavy on individual conversations.
The graph gives the rep an instant answer to the question that matters most during the day: which number needs attention right now? That makes it easier to adjust while there is still time to recover.
The goal is simple: protect both activity and conversation time, so the end of the day does not reveal a gap that could have been corrected hours earlier.
