Does CallSparq record calls?
No. CallSparq does not record calls. It is not a call-recording platform, call-monitoring platform, or manager surveillance tool.
Does CallSparq connect to my CRM?
No. CallSparq is intentionally lightweight and does not require CRM integration. It is meant to sit beside the systems you already use, not replace them or pull data from them. But it does have a call notes area, and a button which copies and clears notes between calls, making it easy to paste the notes into your CRM.
Is CallSparq for managers or for reps?
CallSparq is built for reps. The goal is to help individual salespeople stay focused, stay on pace, and improve their own productivity without turning the tool into a reporting system for management. They have their call tracking system. Now you have yours.
Can I use my own scripts and configuration?
Yes. CallSparq supports many configurable tools: scripts, quick facts, outcomes, alarms, productivity tools, sticky notes, and other workspace elements so the tool can match the way you actually work.
Can I share my login with other users?
No. If someone else logs in with your credentials, it will kick you out.
Will my IT team have any issues with CallSparq?
Nope. CallSparq runs totally in your browser. There is nothing to install, nothing to maintain, and nothing running on a server. It does not store client data or personally identifiable information. IT does not provide support for it and doesn't have to make any decisions or concessions.
But if IT asks, what do I tell them about CallSparq?
With the exception of server-side authentication and token validation, CallSparq is a lightweight tool that runs in the browser. It is HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Call scripts and personal config files are plain text, and reside on the user's hard drive.
