What the board does
The Sticky-Note Board gives reps a simple place to keep recurring reminders, motivational cues, sales prompts, checklists, daily targets, and workflow rules visible during the calling day.
Unlike call notes, which usually change from call to call, sticky notes are best for information that stays useful over time: a morning startup checklist, a Friday wrap-up list, proposal reminders, power-hour rules, or quick pivots from common objections.
Why it matters
Productivity is not only about dashboards and totals. It is also about keeping the right behaviors, reminders, and next actions close enough that they do not get forgotten when the day gets busy.
The Sticky-Note Board helps reduce mental clutter. Instead of trying to remember every recurring task, every small rule, and every useful sales prompt, reps can keep those cues parked in one visible workspace.
The goal is simple: fewer forgotten follow-ups, fewer missed prep steps, and fewer moments where the rep has to stop and ask, “What was I supposed to do next?”
How to use it
Use sticky notes for items that remain relevant across many calls or many days. Good examples include startup routines, end-of-week cleanup, qualification questions, proposal checklists, daily mini-targets, call-block rules, and objection pivots.
Because the notes are visual and always nearby, they work best when they are short, clear, and action-oriented. The board is not meant to replace a CRM, task manager, or call notes area. It is meant to keep the small, repeated cues visible while the rep is focused on calling.
